Start here: One-on-One Heart Work Intensives
I work with clients on a wide range of life challenges from everyday life happenings, grief, relationship issues, breaking unhealthy habits, fear, anger, depression, anxiety, worry, and other issues related to mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual uneasiness.
All clients start their journey by completing a Biblical Well-being Coaching Intensive. You may opt for one of the one-on-one intensive sessions below. Intensive work means regular sessions over a determined period focused on grounding you in your faith and Biblical truths, centering your heart back to Jesus and refocusing your mind on your identity, well-being, and healing. After the initial intensive work, you will have the option of joining my membership academy [individual and group plans] or continue non-membership private sessions with me. All Biblical Well-being Coaching services are private pay. We do not accept insurance or HSA/FSA.

5-Day Intensive
For the Christian woman or young woman not new to Christian faith but is experiencing unbearable life challenges, mental, emotional, spiritual and relational crisis.
We meet at a set time each day for 60-minutes doing intentional heart work with the purpose of grounding you in your faith as you uncover unhealthy heart and mind habits.
You will complete an in-depth intake process which will become a foundation for ongoing heart work sessions after the 5-day intensive.
Cost is $399.00.

10-Day Intensive
For the Christian woman or young woman new to Christian faith but experiencing unbearable life challenges, mental, emotional, spiritual and relational crisis. If you have serious doubt and questions about God and healing, start with this plan.
We meet at a set time each day for 60-minutes doing intentional heart work with the purpose of grounding you in your faith as you uncover unhealthy heart and mind habits.
You will complete an in-depth intake process which will become a foundation for ongoing heart work sessions after the 10-day intensive.
Cost is $599.00.

After Intensives: Regular Heart Work Sessions
You have two options for continuing your transformation journey.
Option 1: You can opt to join my Heart Transformation Academy - Godly Woman & Company. Subscribe to the Planted Plan and continue focusing on your intentional heart work of healing [mental, emotional, spiritual, relational] and holiness in community with other godly women. You will receive Biblical Well-being Coaching, complete healing activities and assigned homework individually and in community.

Option 2: If you prefer non-membership continued private sessions with me, then choose one of the options below: Real change in heart habits that lead to a transformed satisfied life in Christ begins to occur about the 8th – 12th week of continued sessions.
